タケノコメバル。
生息地は、北海道南部から九州にかけてと、朝鮮半島南部。

ホウボウは太平洋北西部に生息しているお魚で、体長40センチくらいになる。
The Spiny red gurnard is native to the northwestern Pacific Ocean, and grows to a length of 40 cm.

胸鰭がきれいっす。

ミノカサゴと同様に背びれに毒がある。
ミノカサゴとの違いは、尾びれに斑点があること。
