北海道沿岸に多く生息する。
海草を食べながら成長し、体長10センチ程度になる。
生殖巣は６月～８月に最も発達し、非常においしい☆

The major habitat is off the shore of Hokkaido.
It grows while eating seaweed and reaches a length of about 10 centimeters.
The gonad, that reaches its maximum size during the months from June to August, is very delicious.
