パンダっぽい柄なので、パンダダルマハゼと言います。
たぶんパンダダルマハゼは笹は食べないと思います。

This fish is called Panda Goby because it has a panda-like pattern.
I think perhaps the Panda Goby doesn't eat a bamboo grass.
